This eLearning is for the staff of the Hamilton Regional Laboratory Medicine Program (HRLMP). Other HHS Staff should complete the separate HHS Transportation of Dangerous Goods Course as applicable. 

This eLearn program will cover the shipping of biological substances and dry ice by ground based on Canada’s Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Act and Regulations, and by air based on the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods Regulations. Any product, substance or organism defined as dangerous goods, must be handled, offered for transport or transported in accordance with applicable TDG and/or IATA regulations.
