The course provides instruction on the Bariatric Equipment Request Process for staff most responsible for identifying and requesting bariatric patient handling equipment at their respective site. This course will: communicate the purpose of the process; navigate the steps of the standard work; provide details on resources to support appropriate equipment selection and safe equipment use.
